Body shaming.
Body shaming. What is this?
This is where people have put a definition to perfection in creation. I don't know if I'm alone in this, but perfection is an overrated word, quite narcissistic in my view. Let me put it in this way, trees. Trees are a part of creation yet no tree has the same structure. Some are short, some taller, some huge, some slender, but if its a mango tree it will still produce mangoes. The structure doesn't define them, the size doesn't define them either. I don't know whether you find this relevant, but this is just to say we all have a purpose. If trees could move and have a mind of there own. I bet that would be chaotic, right.
So, hey there, a flat tummy doesn't define you girl. Hey, boy those abs don't define you. You define who you are with what you produce to yourself. Don't push you to the wall because you don't have that perfect body. You know what's funny, some humans eat and still don't get fat, some don't eat and yet they're puffy. No wonder I used trees as my prop, these creatures don't choose neither where they grow nor how they grow. Environment is never a factor. I mean I've been to a farm once my Grandma had grown maize. I did notice however some were quite healthy and others not, yet they grew in similar environment and care.
If someone body shames you do ask yourself. Do they wanna feed them for being perfect? Did they define their own bodies? Life is to short to live insecurely. I mean some have body disorders thank God you're healthy and smile. That smile sure does look good in your face 😊💜.
I'm in for any comment dropped😙. Ciao✌
